We have recently partnered with the independent review site Trustpilot to collect customer reviews. A few days after we have sent your order you will recieve an email from TrustPilot asking you to review our service. It only takes a few moments – you are asked to give us star rating and add a brief comment.That rating and the comments will be shared publicly on the TrustPilot site and we will be adding links to that onto our site when our web site developer gets back from a well earned holiday.
We chose to do this for a couple of reasons:-
- We genuinely want feedback from all of our customers. If we know what is important to you and what we are doing well we can continue to develop that aspect of our service. Equally if we fall down in certain areas we want to know as sson as possible so that we can put it right.
- Giving new customers confidence. The web is still a daunting place to shop for some customers – particular if the company they are considering buying from is not well known. Although we have been established for nearly 10 years we are a small company based in rural Northumberland and are not widely known. New customers will be able to take comfort from the fact that others have had a positive experience.
We’re just getting started with TrustPilot but were delighted to report that the feedback we have had from our past customers has been overwhelmingly positive. We pride ourselves on attentive personal service, honest advice and prompt efficient service. We promise we won’t rest on our laurels and are already implementing new features to make our web site easier to use – and don’t forget we really love advising our customers by phone or email.
